Ordering
You can now order online! Or call in orders Monday through
Friday (218-829-6036) 8am - 5pm (CST) or Fax your order to us
(218-829-1685). Fax line is open 24 hours a day. Please include
your complete shipping address and daytime telephone number if we
have any questions.
Delivery
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. All
internet orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Within the United
States, please allow 4 to 5 days for delivery. Within Canada,
please allow 10 to 15 days for delivery.
Shipping
All orders are shipped United Parcel Service, regular ground
delivery. If you need 1st, 2nd or 3rd day delivery, you must call
your order in at 218.829.6036 before 4pm CST.
Where UPS is not available, US Postal Service is utilized. Post
Office fee includes postage plus $5 handling fee. Please allow
extra days for delivery.
Damaged Shipments
Indicate damaged when you sign for shipment. Keep the shipping
carton. All damages and shortages must be reported within 10 days
of invoice date.
Back Orders
Back orders are automatically shipped when available. Back
orders over 30 days are cancelled and must be reordered.

We reserve the right to change pricing and application at any
time without notice and without further obligation.
Dealers
Applications are available by contacting Erlandson
Performance. We reserve the right to refuse dealer set up to any
account not meeting dealer requirements.
Refused Shipments
Refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus
freight charges on the next order.
Merchandise Returns
All returns must receive return authorization from Erlandson
Performance within 30 days of invoice date. Returns must be
received within 15 days. All returns are subject to inspection for
determination of refund. Returned merchandise must be unused and
in resalable condition and have copy of original invoice.
Unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No
returns on special order items.
Parts Installation/Fitment
Policy
Snowmobiles/ATVs can be dangerous. EPI has no control over the
use of any part. EPI expects the customer to exercise good
judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and
maintenance of any part. EPI assumes no responsibility for damage
or injury of any kind because of misuse, improper installation and
improper application of any parts in any way by any person.
Warranty Policy:
All EPI products carry a one year warranty against defects in material and
workmanship. All warranty claims will be handled directly on a case-by-case
basis. To obtain service under this warranty, please contact EPI by phone (218-829-6036)
for authorization to return the product. Cost of removal, reinstallation, product
pick up and delivery are the sole responsibility of the original owner. A copy
of an original sales receipt showing the purchase date must accompany all warranty
returns.
EPI has no control over the use of any part. EPI expects the customer to excersize
good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance
of any part. EPI reserves the right to refuse warranty on any product due to
improper application, improper installation, misuse, abuse or negligence.
EPI assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of misuse,
abuse, negligence, improper application or improper installation of any part
in any way by any person.
